1. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on the specific App you use and the features you interact with. Not every App collects every category listed below. Depending on the App, we may collect or process the following:

• Usage data: in-app activity such as features used, screens viewed, session duration, and interaction events, used to understand how the App is performing.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, region, time zone, and general device settings.
• Crash logs and diagnostics: technical information about errors, crashes, and performance issues used to keep the App stable.
• Purchase and subscription status: non-sensitive information indicating whether you have an active subscription, trial, or one-time purchase. Payment details themselves are handled by Apple and are not shared with us.
• User-provided content: photos, text, prompts, audio, or other content you intentionally provide, only when this is required for the App's functionality (for example, an AI photo editor will need access to the photo you want to edit).
• Identifiers: anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers used by analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services where applicable.

We do not knowingly collect more information than necessary to provide and improve our Apps.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Apps.
• To process and verify in-app purchases, subscriptions, and free trials through Apple.
• To diagnose technical problems, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.
• To understand how users interact with the Apps so we can improve features and user experience.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Some of our Apps use third-party services to help us provide and improve the experience. The specific services used depend on the App and may include, but are not limited to:

• Analytics: to understand aggregated usage of the App.
• Crash and performance reporting: to detect and fix technical issues.
• Subscription management: to verify, manage, and report subscription and purchase status.
• Cloud services: to store data, sync between devices, or run back-end functionality.
• AI services: to process user-provided content and return AI-generated results.
• Advertising networks: in Apps that include advertising, to deliver and measure ads.
• Authentication providers: when an App offers sign-in or account features.

These third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies. We use reputable providers and share only the information needed for them to perform their service.

4. AI Processing

Some of our Apps include AI-powered features. When you use such a feature, content you intentionally provide — such as photos, text, prompts, or other inputs — may be sent to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating the result you requested (for example, editing an image, creating a generated image, or producing a text response).

We do not use AI providers to identify you personally, and we only send the content necessary to provide the requested feature. AI providers may temporarily process this content in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not submit content to AI features that you do not want to be processed in this way.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer optional premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, or one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We may receive information from Apple about whether your purchase or subscription is active, the type of product, and renewal status, so we can unlock the related features inside the App.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's policies. You can manage, cancel, or request refunds for purchases through your Apple ID account settings or directly through Apple Support, in accordance with Apple's standard terms and refund policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.

For AI-related requests, content sent to AI providers is generally retained only for the time required to generate and return a result, subject to the providers' own retention practices.

7. Children's Privacy

We respect children's privacy. Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed by our Apps. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, in technology, or in applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
